Majestic Casual

Surf Youtube long enough and not only will you lose your mind, but you might just come across some great music playlists. Majestic Casual is one of the better ones, filled with easy listening beats that are relaxing, yet exciting.

Mainly populated by remixes and trap/house tunes from DJs you've never heard of, it's a great tool for finding your next favourite artist, and makes you look like a music guru when you stick a tune on a playlist which everyone agrees is an "absolute banger".

It's also a great outlet for up and coming artists to reach a new audience. The Majestic Casual channel has over 2.5 million subscribers, so for an up and coming artist to land a spot on the playlist is no small feat.

To celebrate the channel, I've chosen ten of my favourite tracks that the playlist has introduced me to. Keep up the good work guys! And yeah go and subscribe to them, you won't regret it.

*Some tracks that would have made this list were either not embeddable or unlisted (Frank Ocean, James Blake etc). These are still great mind.

The XX - Angels (Bodhi Remix)

The XX's finest work given a house make over.

Chris Malinchak - So Good To Me

Probably the most popular track on this list, which doesn't make any less of a good song.  One of the best tracks to emerge in 2012/13.

Towkio - Heaven Only Knows (ft. Chance The Rapper, Lido & Eryn Allen Kane)

One of the best songs of 2015 and it's still not on Spotify. SORT IT OUT.

A$AP Rocky - Long.Live.A$AP (Bear//Face Bootleg Edit)

The originals great, this remix adds a hazy atmosphere to everything. 4am heads gone vibes.

Gallant - Weight in Gold

You've probably heard this one already, right? Moving on!

Nora En Pure - Come With Me (KR$CHN Remix Bootleg)

Chime arpeggios and some great sub bass.

2pac - Old School (Cookin' Soul Remix)

You can't really improve on 2pac, but it's still nice to hear a different take on things.

CHVRCHES - Lies (Tourist Remix

Stripped down take on the synth pop hit.

SIVIK - U Got (XXYYXX Remix)

Chilled trap vibes, a must listen with the bass turned to 11.

The XX - Crystalised (Dark Sky Remix)

To end on, we have The XX making their second appearance. A DJ's favourite. Dark Sky take it away.
